Day wise tour plan
- Day 1
Arrival Leh Kushok Bakula Airport (This must be one of the Most Sensational Flights in the World. On a clear day from one side of the aircraft can be seen in the distance the peaks of K2, Nanga Parbat, Gasherbrum and on the other side of the aircraft, so close that you feel you could reach out and touch it, is the Nun Kun massif.) Upon arrival you will be met by our Representative and transfer to your Hotel for Check in. Complete day for rest and leisure to acclimatize high altitude.
- Day 2
After breakfast LEH EXCURSION TO INDUS & SHAM VALLEY REGION. After breakfast, leave to visit Sham Valley and start sightseeing starting with the Hall Of Fame (Museum Constructed by India Army) near Leh is worth a visit for Every India. Post visit proceeds further to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib Nestled deep in the Himalayas, at an altitude of 3600 Mtrs about 22 Kms from Leh it was constructed in memory of Guru Nanak Dev ji. A drive of another 4 km shall take you to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity. As you move ahead from Magnetic Hills, just before Nimmu Village, there comes Sangam- Confluence Of Two Rivers Indus River coming from Tibet (left) and Zanskar River coming from Zanskar Valley (right). Zanskar River is known for its famous Chadar Trek. Afterwards visit Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa atop of the Hill to experience a panoramic view of Leh city and high snow capped mountains.
- Day 3
LEH TO NUBRA VALLEY (125 KMS / APPROX. 06 HRS). After an early breakfast we drive to NUBRA VALLEY leads through KHARDUNG-LA-PASS (the highest motorable road in the world) at 18,390 ft, around 39kms from Leh. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers. It is situated to the North of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. Arrive Sumur or Hunder by afternoon and rest of the day at leisure to explore the beautiful village of Sumur & Hunder with a Visit to Diskit Monastery.
- Day 4
NUBRA – TURTUK – NUBRA. After breakfast, leave for Turtuk is the last village on the Indian side of the border and was taken over by the Indian Army during the Kargil War. You will be mesmerized by the beauty in the simplicity of Turtuk and its people
- Day 5
NUBRA – PANGONG LAKE. After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake (14,500 ft.) enroute visit Shyok River & Durbuk Village. Arrive at Pangong Lake is the highest salt water Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China. Enjoy the beauty of the lake on the Banks of Pangong Lake with multi-colour reflections and the fascinating high altitude of the Lake.
- Day 6
PANGONG – LEH. This morning, after breakfast, drive around the Pangong Lake and dont forget to click photos!! Afterwards, drive to Leh through the Changla Pass 17,350 ft is the third highest motor-able road in the world. Arrival at Leh and if time permits afternoon free at leisure to roam around Leh Markets for shopping and personal activities

Day at leisure.

Morning at leisure and later private transfer to the airport for your return flight.

Cancellation Policy
Date of booking to 30 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 10% of the package cost.
30 to 15 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 25% of the package cost.
15 to 10 days before checkin the cancellation charges will be 50% of the package cost.
No show Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
No refunds shall be given in case of any cancellations due to natural calamities or non-availability of resources.
Payment Policy
To hold the booking, we would be requiring Booking Amount i.e INR 25,000 (non refundable).
After booking, within a 7 days, we would be requiring 25% amount of total package cost.
Remaining payment i.e. full payment needs to be paid 1 month prior to travel date.
Full payment required if difference between booking date and travel date is less than 30 days
In the event of any dispute, the dispute shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by Arcadia Vacations in Chandigarh and the matter shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Chandigarh courts only.
